Woodlawn warrants all wood parts (non-moving) against rot and fungal decay which impair the structural integrity of that product for a Lifetime period from date of purchase to the original owner with proof of purchase or warranty registration. Due to the natural characteristics of lumber, warping, weather checking and surface cracks are not covered under this warranty. All components covered under this warranty will be replaced free of charge and returned to the customer freight collect. If you are dealing directly with a local servicing dealer, all labor cost, travel expense, and other charges involved in the installation or replacement of the parts will be the purchasers responsibility

Woodlawn warrants thermoformed slides against manufacturing defects and breakage of that product for a Lifetime period from date of purchase to the original owner with proof of purchase or warranty registration. Should a dealer substitute a non-Woodlawn slide on a consumer’s model, the consumer should check with their dealer for warranty information with regard to that slide. Woodlawn provides no warranty on other manufacturers slides attached to our playcenters.
