Need help with fitness level? Help would be appreciated!?
Hi I’m 14 and live in Ireland. I used to play Rugby for a local club but three years ago I stopped playing. I was thinking of getting back in the game so I was wondering is there a safe way to build muscle at my age. Could you tell me what to eat and some excercises that could help me build muscle. Don’t ask me to lift weights or use gym equipment my family can’t afford it and I have NONE. I can’t really change my diet that much I get whats on my plate. I can alter what I have for Breakfast and lunch though. Oh the sea is nearby so I can swim there. Thanks!

Swimming is good to build the muscles and fitness too.
And also, do some DIY’s. Like push-ups, pull-ups and crunches too.
These are good for conditioning and strengthening your endurance too.
