I wish to set up a one o’clock club for the summer hols only. How do I find out the rules and regulations?
The club would be for under-11s, three days a week, maybe more. I have access to a church hall and plenty of play equipment but I need to know about insurance and Ofsted rules etc.
How many children can I take? What qualifications do I need and how many CRB-checked adults need to be present?
contact your local council and ofsted no of children depends on floor size of premise and you will so many qualified staff first aider ect this is avaliabla as a book of standards google it or go to local library they should have it
