Parks and liability issues?
If there is a sign that individuals are using playground equipment at your own risk and a child gets hurt playing is the property owner responsible?
Only if the equipment was defective and the cause of the injury. If it were simply in the course of normal, and child gets hurt, then it was at your own risk. Talk to a lawyer to know for sure, but that's what I think.
