Swing sets in winter?
This summer I purchased a treated wooden swing set for my two kids. I’m a little concerned about the actual swings (they are plastic and rubber-like on heavy metal chains that are covered by plastic) being out in the elements (we get snow and occasional ice where I live). Has anyone had any experience with this? Should I go take the swings down and put them in my shed or will they be okay outside? Any insight is greatly appreciated.
Those things are usually made for sitting out all year around. If it will make you feel better, tarp it over the winter.
