Swing Set Chain

I need advice on the law/ethics, as I believe my son was murdered by the police. Help?
My son was found in a public park (on his knees) in the chain of a swing set. The police immediatley deemed it a suicide, however, I know, as the mother, that my son would not take his own life.
I learned that the police were the last person(s) to see him alive in the park @ 1AM.
The chief will not answer my questions, only saying, “I’m not talking about it.” When I ask which officer, he says, “I can’t remember.”
Four of the five officers were asked to resign 3 months after my son’s death, inexplicably.
It’s been 20 months, and I still have not got the answers.
I have contacted the ACLU, but to no avail.
The local ACLU branch may be able to help you. If the police did something to your son, they violated his civil rights.
