Help!! Pesticide information needed for Daddy Longleg spiders and birds.?
I live on a wooded lot and just had a swing set built for my kids. However I am scared to let them play on it because it has been taken over by clusters of daddyleg spiders and birds continue to crap on the seat of the swings. I used the Home Defense insecticide to try to kill the spiders, but it did not work it seems like they even multiplied even more. For the birds, I had to remove the trapeze bar on the swing, but this did not help either. What can I use to kill the spiders and prevent the birds from crapping all over the place???
The birds are after the spiders.
as for the spiders, just wipe off the swing, let the kids have fun,
and they can play with the spiders. they are totally harmless.
Insecticides would be worse than the spiders and bird dung.
(you could gather up the spiders by hand and put them over in
your neighbors yard)
