the best way to collect donations for charity????
Im collecting cash donations to rebuild a 55yo grammar school
in my hometown in the Philippines. BACSIL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL have major damages due to yearly typhoons. Its located in Bangued, Abra. In the Ilocos provinces region of the
country. Coed toilet never had any running water. Toilet is just a dug deep hole in the ground. School children needs an auditorium, playground- playset, library, music & arts activity. The children of the barrio community usually plays in the middle of the road because they have no playground with slides, swing sets, & monkey bars.
The local politicians and leaders are helpless.
The children of Bacsil, Angad Bangued, Abra deserves a better, safer, cleaner, more productive place to learn and grow. My beloved father donated the land to the community so they can build a school for the children. Now 55 years later,
that school is in need of a major repair. Please kindly help me rebuild the school for the children. Thank you & God bless us all.
instead of collecting cash, ask a carpenter, contractor, plumber or whoever can be involved to help put in 4 hours a week to help rebuild.
write an appeal to the community and see how they respond. be nice in your letter. dont appear angry or disappointed. be +ve.
