Hello everyone, I've been working through problem sets the floor for a drive and I am having difficulty with these three and I do not know what to do with the equations. Can anyone give me a hand and walk me through them in terms of man common? It would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Question 1: The time T in seconds for a length L pndulum feet to make a swing is given by T = 2π √ L/30. How much does a pendulum (a walk to the hundredth) if you make a turn in two seconds? Use π 3.14. Question 2: On a sunny day, a flagpole and its shadow form the sides of a right triangle. If the hypotenuse is 40 meters long and the shade is 32, how is the height of the flagpole? Question 3: A car dealer announce a sale by the stretching of a series of flags at the top of the building to the edge of the roadway. If the building is 18 meters high and the driveway is 41 m the building, how long is the string of banners?
